For your peace of mind (and ours), we ask that you provide a lockbox or keypad for home access. It keeps things flexible for us and your keys safe and sound! You can snag a lockbox at any home improvement store or online without breaking the bank. Got apartment or condo restrictions? No worries—we'll work something out! If we need to hold your key and make extra trips between visits, a small key pickup/drop-off fee will apply.
